Outward Facing

Around the age of three months many babies prefer to face outward. Put the sling on in the normal position. Holding the baby facing forward with one hand holding the legs together. Open up the sling like a kangaroo pouch and slide your baby in bottom first. Tighten the sling so that both the top and bottom of the sling are secure with the lower padding forming a little shelf under the baby's feet. Don't be concerned if this position looks a little odd - baby's are much more flexible than you think.
